1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns
We offer returns within 30 days from the date you received your item. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Condition of Items: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (including any tags, boxes, or manuals).
  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt. After this period, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please retain and submit your order number and proof of purchase (receipt, email confirmation, etc.) when requesting a return.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygienic and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized watches
  • Items that have been worn or used
  • Items that have been altered or resized (e.g., strap changes or engraving)

2. Refunds

We process refunds to your original payment method as soon as we receive and inspect your return. Once approved, please note:

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases (e.g., for used or damaged items), we may issue a partial refund. This will be assessed during the inspection of your returned item.
  • Transaction Fees: If you paid via a third-party platform (PayPal, etc.), additional transaction fees may apply that are outside of our control and cannot be refunded.

3. Exchanges

We do offer exchanges for items that are in unused and original condition, but we encourage you to contact us to initiate the process and make sure we have the item in stock. The exchange process is as follows:

  1. Initiate a Return: To exchange your item, please first follow our return procedure.
  2. Place a New Order: If your preferred exchange item is available, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want. This ensures that you get the item quickly, as stock availability can change.

4. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these easy steps:

  1. Request a Return Authorization: Email us at contact@nextsora.xyz with your order details (order number, item description, and reason for return). We will respond with a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.

  2. Prepare Your Return Package: Repackage the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring that it is protected for shipping. Include all original tags, boxes, and paperwork. Please do not remove any protective materials (like plastic films or stickers on watches) as this may affect eligibility for a return.

      Ensure you use a trackable shipping service and keep the shipping receipt for your records. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt of your return, our team will inspect the item for condition and eligibility. Once the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience. Our team is committed to resolving any such issues promptly. To resolve a defective or incorrect order:

  2. Return Process: We will send you a pre-paid return shipping label, and we will take care of all return shipping costs.
  3. Resolution: We will issue either a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. If you prefer, we will also assist you in processing an exchange for the correct item.

6. Restocking Fees

We generally do not charge restocking fees. However, if the item is returned in a condition that does not meet our eligibility criteria (i.e., damaged, worn, or missing original packaging), a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply, depending on the extent of the damage. You will be notified in advance of any restocking fees if applicable.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order is processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it. However, you can return the item for a refund once it has been delivered, as per our standard return policy.

8. International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We suggest using a reliable carrier with tracking capabilities. Please note that customs duties or import taxes are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
